Nicholas Chee (b.2002) is a multi media artist and a diploma graduate from NAFA Fine Art 2023, currently studying Art Histories and Curatorial Practices: Asia and the World at Lasalle x UAS. Nicholas's practice informed and inspired by local history, uses unconventional mediums such as Performance Art and 3D printing to highlight hidden and personal narratives within post-colonial Singapore.
He took part in Islands Time Based Arts festival 2023 as an artist and festival coordinator assistant. He has also worked as Front of House for OH! Open House New World's End and interned at Helutrans as an art handler. He is currently right now running a 3D printing side gig, stl_archivist, with a focus on intangible heritage, working with cultural communities to design and prototype products
